About the Role You’ll be the first voice families hear when they reach out for help, guiding them toward in‑home assessments and managing warm inbound leads from families seeking support.

Building immediate trust during initial phone conversations

Relentlessly follow up with families to guide them toward scheduling an assessment

Managing your pipeline with precision and urgency

Communicating clearly and effectively with families and internal teams

Staying organized, responsive, and empathetic throughout the sales process

Responsibilities

Manage warm, inbound leads from families seeking care

Conduct compassionate, comprehensive discovery calls to gather family needs, preferences, and challenges

Schedule in‑home assessments with our field‑based Business Development Managers

Diligently follow up with families via phone, text, and emailManage your pipeline through HubSpot and internal systems

Collaborate with Business Development Managers and Leadership for seamless client experiences

Requirements

2+ years of phone‑based inside sales, customer service, or client‑facing experience (preferred)

Exceptional verbal communication skills and emotional intelligence

Proficiency with technology – HubSpot, Slack, G‑Suite

Monday–Sunday schedule with flexibility to accommodate family needs

Healthcare experience is a plus, but not required – we train the right person

Working Environment

Fully remote – work from home

On the phone for the majority of your shift

Base salary + bonus structure based on scheduled assessments and conversions
