About the Role This is not your typical inside sales position. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be the first voice families hear when they reach out for help, guiding them toward the right care solution. You will manage warm, inbound leads, gather detailed insights about each family’s needs, and schedule in‑home assessments with our field‑based Business Development Managers.
Success in This Role Requires
Building immediate trust during initial phone conversations
Relentlessly following up with families to guide them toward scheduling an assessment
Managing your pipeline with precision and urgency
Communicating clearly and effectively with families and internal teams
Staying organized, responsive, and empathetic throughout the sales process

Manage warm, inbound leads from families seeking care.
Conduct compassionate, comprehensive discovery calls to gather family needs, preferences, and challenges.

Diligently follow up with families via phone, text, and email.
Manage your pipeline through HubSpot and internal systems.
Collaborate with Business Development Managers and Leadership for seamless client experiences.
Requirements
2+ years of phone‑based inside sales, customer service, or client‑facing experience (preferred).
Exceptional verbal communication skills and emotional intelligence.
Proficiency with technology — HubSpot, Slack, G‑Suite.
Monday–Sunday schedule with flexibility to accommodate family needs.
Healthcare experience is a plus, but not required — we train the right person.
Working Environment
Fully remote — work from home.
On the phone for the majority of your shift.
Fast‑paced, mission‑driven team environment.
Compensation
Base salary + bonus structure based on scheduled assessments and conversions.
