Catering Sales Manager,
you’ll lead the planning and execution of catered events, working closely with clients to ensure every detail exceeds expectations. From managing event logistics to coordinating with culinary and banquet teams, you'll deliver seamless experiences that drive guest satisfaction and revenue. This role is ideal for an organized, customer-focused professional with a passion for hospitality and event management.
Key Responsibilities
You will build excellent relationships with clients, third parties, and community organizations in order to generate catering business for the hotel.
Your daily tasks will include prospecting for new business, responding to incoming RFPs and inquiries, executing contracts and BEOs, and communicating client expectations to the hotel team.
Your boss is the Director of Sales [Director of Catering].

Qualifications Education & Experience Hotel experience is always a plus! Applicants should have
