Primary responsibility is to deliver merchandise to customer jobsites and unload materials to the customer’s satisfaction. Load and unload trucks, organize the yard, assist with counter sales, and support yard operations. Key Responsibilities
Learn company products, procedures, culture, and customer service philosophy. Load trucks according to the list of materials on the sales invoice. Deliver and unload materials to customers in a timely manner and to their satisfaction. Assist customers at the sales counter, answer basic product questions, and help process orders as needed. Support yard operations, including organizing materials, pulling orders, and maintaining a clean and safe yard. Maintain inspections of each vehicle driven to ensure safe operation. Accurately record all merchandise returns on a credit memo. Communicate clearly with customers and team members to ensure accurate orders and positive service experiences. Work collaboratively with the sales, yard, and delivery teams to meet daily operational needs. Desired Skills, Knowledge, And Qualifications
Valid driver’s license with a good driving record. Ability to operate a forklift (or willingness to be trained). Ability to drive a manual transmission. Strong customer service skills with a positive, helpful attitude. Self‑motivated, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Eagerness to learn company products and grow professionally. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team. Ability to follow directions and adapt quickly to new tasks. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds consistently. Additional Benefits Include
