Territory Manager – Outside Sales
Priority1, a dynamic nationwide logistics company, is actively seeking qualified candidates for a Territory Manager – Outside Sales position in the Tyler, TX market. The role requires working from the Plano, TX office on Mondays, with the remainder of the week remote while conducting B2B sales throughout the Tyler, TX market.
Position Snapshot
Prospecting new business (B2B, door‑to‑door, cold calling)
Developing lead generation and utilizing CRM to track activity
Selling and setting up new accounts
Managing accounts you sell
Training & Development
New hires receive three weeks of corporate training within the first 24 months, with potential additional senior TM and management training. All training takes place in Little Rock, AR, led by the Executive Development Team. The Fast Start Program includes 3 months of in‑the‑field training with upper management.

Requirements
0‑2 years of sales experience preferred
Bachelor’s degree preferred (business, marketing, or communication)
Campus activity involvement; athletic background highly recommended
Enthusiastic, energetic, polished, professional appearance and demeanor
Determined to be part of a winning team
A burning desire to be successful
Compensation
Base salary of $40,000 + uncapped commission + $500 monthly car allowance + reimbursement for gas receipts
