Compensation & Benefits
W2 position with
base + aggressive commission
and bonus incentives.

Responsibilities
Attend and manage seller appointments throughout your territory (leads provided).
Inspect, comp, and evaluate residential properties to determine fair offers.
Negotiate purchase agreements directly with homeowners.
Manage your pipeline and follow up on leads to maximize conversions.
Collaborate with acquisitions leadership to hit and exceed monthly goals.
Qualifications
1–3 years of direct-to-consumer or outside sales experience (car, RV, solar, etc).
Strong closer who thrives in high‑pressure, high‑reward environments.
Self‑starter with solid communication and negotiation skills.
Passionate about personal growth, teamwork, and winning together.
Compensation: $125,000 – $175,000 yearly
