Senior Digital Account Manager
– Hartford, CT. Salary: $80,000 - $110,000.
As a Senior Digital Account Manager, you’ll be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction. You’ll manage multiple accounts, partner with internal teams, and advocate for client goals by identifying innovative solutions and growth opportunities. Your role will be critical in driving projects forward and exceeding expectations.
Responsibilities
Build relationships, maintain, and enhance interactions with identified clients, while serving as the trusted advisor and main liaison for clients
Take initiative and identify opportunities to enhance client strategies and achieve measurable results
Develop strategic plan to communicate new ideas / cross-sell ZAG services
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality digital solutions
Ensure projects stay on time, on budget, and aligned with client objectives
Stay up to date on features of all ZAG services as well as overall industry technologies and trends
Provide capacity planning for client initiatives
Manage Zoho CRM account data
Track hours used for each client and report both internally as well as to the client, when applicable
Produce statements of work and requirements gathering documentation
Report directly to the AVP of Account Management
What We’re Looking For
Experience: 5+ years in digital account management, digital agency or related roles. Understanding of web technologies and the web development life cycle.
Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities. Workfront and Zoho (CRM) knowledge is a plus.
Mindset: Self‑motivated, proactive, and passionate about digital innovation with an ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
