A Successful FASTSIGNS Customer Service Representative will: Be the initial contact with current and prospective customers at our FASTSIGNS Center Learn to prepare estimates, implement work orders, and ensure timely delivery of finished orders Participate in daily team meetings, execute business and marketing plans, and contribute to the success of the FASTSIGNS Center Engage with customers via email, telephone, in-person, and at their place of business Build long-lasting relationships by converting prospects into long-term clients Ideal Qualifications:
2-3 years of retail or counter sales experience preferred High school diploma or equivalent Outgoing, responsive, eager to learn, and able to build relationships Excellent listening and organizational skills Ability to sit and view a computer screen for long periods (4 hours or more) Ability to work under pressure to produce high-volume, high-quality work Are you passionate about working with people, helping solve problems, and offering advice?
