What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Become an expert on the employer’s product and conduct discovery calls, customized demos, and presentations to prospective customers

Act as the trusted advisor to customers by understanding their existing and future IT roadmap

Develop new sales opportunities and revenue streams through effective prospect qualification

Achieve sales quotas for allocated accounts and/or territory on a quarterly and annual basis

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including sales engineering, professional services, marketing, legal, and finance

What is Required (Qualifications)

10+ years of field sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives in the enterprise market

Experience selling within the healthcare and/or life sciences sector

Demonstrable experience executing complex enterprise sales strategies in Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, Data Science, and/or AI/ML

Familiarity with a solution‑based approach to selling and managing a complex sales process

Proven ability to independently manage, develop, and close new client relationships

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

A reputation for fostering long‑standing relationships with internal cross‑functional partners

Experience hitting multi‑million dollar revenue targets on an annual basis

Ability to provide open, honest, and respectful feedback to create an inclusive work environment

Strong presentation and listening skills, along with excellent organization and contact management capabilities
