You’ll become a product expert and consult businesses that have signed up to the platform, turning them into paying customers, delivering top‑notch customer service, and feeding product improvement back to our team.
You'll work from one of our strategic partner offices in Tucson, Arizona, collaborating with their teams, receiving warm leads, managing the full sales cycle, and presenting Connecteam’s platform as the ideal solution.
Important: This role requires office presence 3–4 days a week.
What you’ll be doing:
Become a product expert
Own the full sales cycle and manage your own pipeline (quota‑carrying)
Serve as the company’s eyes – knowing clients better than anyone else
Represent the company’s outstanding customer service and approach
Influence product based on client demands and needs
Collaborate cross‑departmentally and share information
Take initiative and ownership of your account management
Qualifications:
At least 1 year of Account Executive experience in SaaS companies
Strong record of quota attainment
Excellent customer relationship skills, interacting at all organization levels
Self‑learner, autodidact, highly independent
Strong time management and prioritization skills
Experience with CRM and project management tools
Energetic, positive, and motivated – MUST
Team player with strong communication skills
Adaptability to a fast‑paced, high‑growth startup environment
Hungry to make an impact and grow with us
Availability to work in‑office three days a week – must
Spanish fluency is a plus
