Account Executive - SMB
Connecteam is a TLV-based startup on a mission to change the work experience for 80% of the world's deskless workforce. Our business‑management platform helps thousands of businesses thrive by removing the daily hustle and complexities of managing teams, so they can focus on growth.
Overview As the front‑line representative of Connecteam, you will influence product development, expand our market reach, and help turn new users into long‑term paying customers. You will own the full sales cycle, manage your own pipeline, and collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams.
Responsibilities
Become a product expert and the primary point of contact for new and existing customers.
Own the full sales cycle, managing your pipeline and contributing to the team’s opportunity book.
Act as the company’s eyes—gain deep customer insight and report the findings to cross‑departmental stakeholders.
Represent Connecteam with exceptional customer service and a proactive consulting approach.
Influence product decisions based on client demands and feedback.
Collaborate across departments for information sharing and improvement initiatives.
Exercise initiative, independence, and ownership of your results.
Qualifications
At least 1.5 years of account‑executive sales experience in SaaS companies.
Strong record of quota attainment.
Excellent customer relationship skills at all hierarchical levels.
Self‑learner, autodidact, and highly independent.
Strong time‑management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
Experience with CRM and project‑management tools.
Energetic, positive, and motivated—must.
Team player with strong communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth startup environment.
Driven to make a real impact and grow with us.
Required to work remotely Monday‑Friday.
