Account Executive - SMB
Join Connecteam, a TLV-based startup on a mission to transform the work experience for deskless employees worldwide. As a key member of our sales team, you will be the face of the company, consulting businesses across various industries to help them become paying customers and to gather feedback that informs product improvements.
What You'll Be Doing
Become a product expert and manage the full sales cycle, owning your account pipeline.
Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing top‑notch service and ensuring client success.
Collect client feedback to influence product development and align customer needs with the roadmap.
Act as the company’s eyes inside the market, sharing insights across cross‑departmental teams.
Demonstrate initiative, independence, and ownership in all activities.
Qualifications
At least 1.5 years of AE sales experience in SaaS companies.
Strong record of quota attainment and customer‑relations skills at all organizational levels.
Self‑learner, autodidact, with high independence and strong time‑management.
Experience with CRM and project‑management tools.
Energetic, positive, and motivated – this is a must.
Team player with excellent communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth startup environment.
Hungry to make a true impact and grow with us.
Must be able to work remotely from Monday to Friday.
