As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through the store, actively selling products, and supporting customers with guidance and product knowledge. You will also be involved in garment refill and care, presentation, and creating a clean and tidy sales floor and back‑of‑house, working closely with the store team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers and supporting them with direct customer service.

Engage in conversations with customers to provide an exceptional service experience.

Guide customers through fashion trends, stories and products in all areas of the store.

Promote and sell products effectively to customers.

Actively promote the Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in‑store sustainability initiatives.

Represent yourself and the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions.

Support commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets with the store management team.

Keep up‑to‑date with fashion scene, trends and relevant influencers and share knowledge with customers.

Maintain garment care, packing, steaming and presentation to meet visual and commercial guidelines.

Operate fitting room and checkout areas according to best practice and processes.

Contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back‑of‑house, including stockrooms.

Utilise in‑store OMNI services and tech tools (Instore Care App, Click & Collect, Smart Store).

Support opening and closing of the store and follow H&S guidelines and legal requirements.

Qualifications

Passionate about fashion and the H&M brand.

Motivated by giving customers a great experience.

Communicative, creative, curious, flexible, decisive and action‑oriented.

Enjoy working in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

Sales experience in a dynamic retail setting that applies to the role.

Experience in customer service within fashion, retail or related service industries.

Job Status: Hourly, Non‑Exempt

Compensation: $18.00 per hour
