What You’ll Do

Re‑engage homes in markets where fiber has already been installed or marketed.

Serve as the positive second impression for customers who have seen us before.

Call, text, and visit repeatedly to keep the conversation alive.

Partner with managers to attend local events and build community presence.

Convert past hesitations into new signups while meeting performance goals.

Represent IdeaTek with professionalism, integrity, and creativity.

Stay safe, follow protocols, and track activity throughout the day.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.

1+ years of door‑to‑door sales experience in fiber Internet or telecom, or 2+ years in any industry.

Valid driver’s license with no restrictions.

Availability to travel and work 4+ days/week in the field, with afternoon/evening focus.

Physical ability to walk several miles per day and work outdoors in varying weather.

Self‑discipline and independence to manage time and territory effectively.
