Job Summary
High energy, enthusiastic person to join our Recruiting team. This position involves taking incoming calls, making outgoing calls, booking workouts and consultations, and selling all D1 products and services. MUST BE COMFORTABLE IN A FAST-PACED SALES ENVIRONMENT.
This Person Can Expect
To join a fun team that understands how to WORK & PLAY hard
To assist the General Manager in achieving high-level sales goals week over week
To be poised when meeting & interacting with professional athletes, youth athletes, adult athletes, etc. and provide the same world‑class experience to EVERY SINGLE PERSON who walks in the door.
Responsibilities
Making outbound calls daily to leads with an emphasis on speed to contact
Nurturing leads through the sales process
Making sure all client notes and contacts are logged and managed correctly
Able to prescribe and sell the correct service based on the client's needs/goals
Assisting with member progress check‑ins
Setting up new memberships in the POS system
Collecting and processing payments
Providing front desk sales and information
Assisting with special events
Assisting with social media & marketing content
Qualifications
Can out‑sell anyone in the room & love it
Knowledge of gym and retail operations
Positive and energetic personality with a “can do” attitude
Must be proficient in technology applications
Must be a high‑energy individual
1+ years in sales preferred
1+ years in a customer service setting ideally in the fitness industry preferred
Continuing education through company‑sanctioned events
Free membership for yourself, spouse, and child (if old enough) in a state‑of‑the‑art facility
Compensation
Base + commission + monthly bonus + monthly competitions/awards
$30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
About D1 Training D1 is the Place for the Athlete! D1 is an athletic‑based group training facility for adults and youth athletes ages 7 and up with a mission of providing the best fitness philosophy and facility to its athletes, empowering them to improve themselves by efficiently and consistently reaching their fitness goals. D1 Coaches implement and instill the D1 training philosophy into every workout. They exhibit the ability to adapt and customize programs in the workouts, in order to tailor them to each athlete. The D1 sales team and coaching team take a personal stake in the lives of our athletes, maintaining regular contact and monitoring their individual progress toward their goals. There are growth opportunities available with our team. This is a growing organization that has a team‑oriented culture. There are multiple locations coming in the future with the same ownership.
Compensation: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
Compensation: Base + commission + monthly bonus + monthly competitions/awards

Throughout the day I am working with the different coaches either helping coach the certain classes they have or just shadowing to give me a better understanding of how to approach these situations on my own. Everybody there is very helpful and wants to see me succeed, which gives me a great overall feeling about the company.
