NOV . Be among the first 25 applicants. Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, distributors, and internal sales teams regarding production choke products, parts, and service inquiries. Generate accurate quotations and technical proposals in accordance with customer specifications, industry standards, and NOV guidelines. Work closely with engineering, applications, manufacturing, and field service teams to provide timely information and ensure customer requirements are met. Support the outside sales team by managing leads, tracking opportunities, and following up on quotes to drive sales conversions. Maintain and update customer and sales data. Coordinate order processing, pricing, delivery schedules, and post‑sale support to ensure a seamless customer experience. Provide product knowledge and technical assistance to customers. Identify potential opportunities to expand NOV’s footprint with existing customers and in emerging markets with additional product lines. Must have the ability drive forklifts to transport stored items from warehouse to production areas or to pick up items for daily shipments both safely and in a timely manner. Must have physical ability to lift or move up to 50lbs. All other duties as assigned. Education & Experience Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field preferred (or equivalent industry experience). Minimum 2 years of inside sales, customer service, or technical support experience in industrial equipment—preferably Oil & Gas related Equipment. Experienced in inventory control, shipping/receiving, forklift operation, pulling order and sales orders, shipping & receiving. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills. Proficiency in Oracle or other ERP systems & software is a huge plus. Ability to interpret technical drawings, and specifications is an asset. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. General knowledge of oil & gas & petrochemical industry a plus. Demonstrated ability to collaborate across departments and work effectively in a team‑oriented culture. Customer‑focused approach with a passion for delivering technical excellence and service.
