The Opportunity We are looking for a
driven, technically confident Regional Sales Representative
based in
Houston , responsible for
Red Point’s commercial success across the entire United States . You’ll champion a portfolio built on engineering superiority, ultra-reliable performance, and rapid manufacturing response.
You serve as the
primary commercial link to our factory in the Netherlands , supported closely by an experienced
Business Development Manager . In the US, you collaborate with a wider sales team while owning the Red Point brand strategy and customer engagement.
All back-office operations—pricing, proposals, order management—are handled by our commercial team in the Netherlands.
Your focus is 100% customer-facing:
Visiting distributors, EPCs, and end users
Engaging power generation, fertilizer, and specialty chemical markets
Understanding complex processes and advising clients on how Red Point solves their toughest challenges
What You Bring You understand the
US go-to-market model , know how EPC and end-user purchasing cycles work, and thrive in solution-based selling. We’ll train you in our manufacturing processes, application areas, and unique engineering capabilities—equipping you to become a trusted advisor in high-value, critical-service valves.
