Description Reliable Automatic Sprinkler Co. is looking for a

Regional Sales Representative , covering the Charlotte, North Carolina territory, who maintains, promotes, and increases sales between the organization and the customers in an assigned territory by meeting and exceeding forecast and goals.

How You Will Help

Communicates with customers within the assigned territory on a regular basis to develop rapport and a better understanding of their needs

Identifies, isolates, and pursues new customer acquisitions, and conducts cold-calls for potential leads

Prepares and reviews sales reports by identifying and evaluating problem areas and company progress

Creates and maintains a sales plan within corporate guidelines for the assigned territory that meets and exceeds a profit goal

Provides feedback to the Regional Sales Manager in the planning, forecasting, and management territory

Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments

Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations

Significant travel is required to visit current and potential clients as well as overnight travel

Promote a safe workplace by performing all tasks in a safe and thoughtful manner in compliance with all rules, procedures, instructions, devices, equipment and use of appropriate personal protective equipment. Maintain vigilance for any hazardous conditions or practices in the workplace and immediately report any unsafe conditions or practice to your supervisor

Performs other duties as directed

3 + years of Outside Sales Experience and/or Engineering

Valid Driver's License

Must be able to travel up to 75% of the time
