Overview A fast-growing 3PL specializing in warehousing, transloading, fulfillment, and value-added logistics services is seeking a driven Sales Executive based in the Greater Houston area. This role is ideal for a hunter-style sales professional with a strong warehousing and transloading background, plus deep relationships within the freight forwarding, import/export, and distribution sectors. You will be responsible for expanding warehousing revenue, developing new accounts, and supporting the company’s continued growth in the Houston logistics market.

Key Responsibilities

Drive revenue growth by selling warehousing, transloading, fulfillment, and distribution solutions.

Develop new business through cold outreach, networking, industry referrals, and leveraging an existing book of relationships.

Expand and retain accounts by delivering high-touch, proactive customer service.

Collaborate with internal warehouse operations, customer service, and solutions teams to build custom logistics offerings.

Represent the company at Houston-area logistics events, networking groups, and trade functions.

Use CRM tools to manage your pipeline, update activity, track KPIs, and forecast revenue.

Requirements

3+ years of B2B sales experience in warehousing, transloading, 3PL, or freight forwarding.

Strong understanding of warehousing operations, value-added services, port-related activity, and the Greater Houston logistics market.

Proven ability to build and grow both new accounts and existing relationships.

Established network of freight forwarders, importers, NVOCCs, and distribution buyers across Texas.

Strong communication, presentation, and client engagement skills.

Self-driven and comfortable operating independently in a results-oriented environment.

Experience using CRM platforms for pipeline management and forecasting.

Freight forwarding background is acceptable and encouraged.
