We specialize in innovative commercial pest management, which means you'll be consulting clients on the latest, SMART technology and techniques. With our branch offices in throughout Georgia and the Carolinas, you'll have the opportunity to gain valuable experience.
What You'll Do
Sell all phases of termite, SMART pest control, mosquito and wildlife exclusion services.
Work cooperatively with other members of the service team to grow existing customers, create new customers, and meet or exceed monthly sales quotas at the appropriate gross margin while increasing customer satisfaction.
Who You Are
Prospect for and generate new sales, determining the right mix of products to provide solutions to customers.
Be experienced with B2B sales. If you have pest control or even construction sales experience, even better!
Demonstrate success meeting sales goals and growing sales.
Demonstrate understanding and application of effective selling strategies and techniques, including significant prospecting.
Be an effective communicator with excellent negotiation and phone skills.
Demonstrate integrity and ethical standards.
Quickly earn and display technical expertise and knowledge of industry services and products.
What We Require

Attention to detail and multi‑tasking skills.
Capable of handling difficult customers with diplomacy and tact.
Ability to manage time effectively and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
Must be a team player who works productively with a wide range of people and independently.
Legal eligibility to work in the U.S.
Be available to work a flexible schedule (Monday - Friday, with the occasional Saturdays between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.).
High school degree or equivalent.
