Prospective candidates are invited to apply for a Full-time position focused on Commercial pest management, including termite, SMART pest control, mosquito, and wildlife exclusion services. Pestban offers a dynamic career path within a growth‑driven organization.

What You’ll Do As a Commercial Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling all phases of termite, SMART pest control, mosquito, and wildlife exclusion services. You will work cooperatively with service team members to grow existing customers, create new customers, and meet or exceed monthly sales quotas while maintaining a high gross margin and customer satisfaction.

Who You Are

Prospect for and generate new sales, determining the right mix of products to provide solutions to customers.

Have experience with B2B sales (pest control or construction sales preference).

Have a demonstrated record of meeting sales goals and growing sales.

Understand and apply effective selling strategies and techniques, including significant prospecting.

Effective communicator with excellent negotiation and phone skills.

Demonstrate integrity and ethical standards.

Quickly earn and display technical expertise and knowledge of industry services and products.

Requirements

Exceptional problem solving and analytical ability.

Attention to detail and multi‑tasking skills.

Capable of handling difficult customers with diplomacy and tact.

Effective time management and adaptability to changing priorities.

Team player with the ability to work productively with a wide range of people, and independently.

Legal eligibility to work in the U.S.

Ability to work a flexible schedule (Mon‑Fri, occasional Saturdays 8 a.m.–5 p.m.).

High school diploma or equivalent.
