Key Responsibilities:
Partnership Development: Identify, establish and grow strategic partnerships with leading pool platforms and infrastructure players in the U.S.
U.S. Market Entry: Drive negotiations, secure partnerships and deliver the first tangible business results in the region
Strategic B2B Sales: Onboard partners and clients, leveraging existing networks to generate sustainable growth
Deal Structuring & Negotiation: Define and safeguard commercial terms (economics, technical integrations, SLAs) in close alignment with the EMCD team
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Product, Legal, and Commercial) to execute deals end-to-end
Market & Competitive Intelligence: Gather insights on market trends and competitors to provide recommendations for adjusting EMCDs U.S. market strategy
Requirements:
Proven track record with one of the leading U.S. based mining pools
Demonstrated success in onboarding large-scale clients and driving hash rate growth (1 EH/s+)
Deep understanding of mining pool business models, economics, and client expectations
Experience in closing high-value deals and conducting negotiations at the C-level
Strong ability to operate autonomously, take ownership, and move with speed
Established professional network within the U.S. market (miners, integrators, traders, OTC desks, hosting providers, and others)
