What you’ll do
Account Development: Sell to dedicated accounts and offer the full continuum of physical security integration services, cyber, maintenance programs, managed services, and transformational services.
Develop Pipeline: Work with decision makers to assess need, build a business case, and establish a clear decision timeline, targeting a 3:1 pipeline‑to‑quota ratio.
Proposal Construction: Lead the sales pursuit team to create winning proposals that include a compelling quote and business case.
Presenting & Closing: Present proposals to decision makers, manage objections around timing, price, and competition, and drive timely negotiations to a go/no‑go decision.
Market Focus: Identify and develop pipeline in assigned markets such as global accounts, utilities, financial/banking, healthcare, data centers, federal, state, local governments, K‑12 & higher education.
Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts: Work with designers, estimators, sales engineers, program managers, and partners to deliver winning solutions.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested.

Ability to build customer confidence and cultivate business relationships.
Proactively source sales & service opportunities and adapt to business changes.
Basic Microsoft Office skills.
Strong presentation and communication skills.

Education: College degree, trade school or equivalent experience.
Preferred Experience: 3‑5 years of electronic security solution sales or equivalent.
