We are looking for a

Regional Sales Specialist

in the

Green Bay/Appleton, WI

area.

Cold Front Distribution , a leading DSD supplier, provides products to grocery and retail supply chains with a 17-state regional geography. Quality and precision drive our sales and service teams as we leverage every effort to optimize purchase, flow, sale and service of the most recognized national and regional brands of Ice Cream, Frozen Pizza and Frozen Prepared Foods in the industry.

Compensation & Benefits

$68,000 annually (DOE)

PTO is accrued upon 1st paycheck

Medical, Dental and Vision – available after 30 days of employment then 1st of the following month.

Life and Short Term/Long Term disability – 100% paid by company

401k Retirement package after 30 days – company matches 50% up to 6% after 6 months of employment

Retention Bonus: $500 after 90 days, $500 after 6 months, $1,000 after 1 year

Plus $1,000 after 1 year

Job Responsibilities

General Sales and Delivery

Assists in training of sales staff as deemed necessary by District/Area Manager

May complete review sheets on sales staff during ride alongs.

Supports routes by providing coverage of sales staff within districts and/or region for time off as needed

Completes planograms and resets for accounts as specified

Develops new accounts and able to understand and fill in for every position within district.

Directly manages retail accounts which included conducting monthly business reviews with customers

Stride towards achieving sales and contribution goals

May assist with creating planograms and resets within district as needed.

D.O.T Regulations

Assist management in overseeing the upkeep, maintenance, and repairs of all vehicles assigned to the district. Help to coordinate service appointments.

Assist in the training process of new employees as directed by management.

Understand applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations. Assist management in maintaining 100% compliance.

Promote safe driving and safe work practices.

Respond to warehouse/freezer temperature monitoring alerts when required.

Experience & Training

Sales experience preferred

Licenses & Certifications

Must have a valid Driver’s License and be able to obtain a DOT Medical Certificate

Travel Requirements Frequent – up to 75%. Overnight may be required as needed.
