Average annual earnings are between $150,000 to $250,000 per year, and top performers make upwards of $350K.
What We Offer
Training pay + Commission + Bonus position
Uncapped commissions
Paid, world‑class training
All leads provided—no cold calling or door knocking. 2–3 pre‑set, pre‑qualified appointments a day!

About the Role In this position, you will:
Learn our primary product lines, presentation, and negotiation skills
Work closely with leadership and mentors to achieve milestones
Apply consistent effort and great attitude to meet planned sale goals/quotas
Promote company products and services
Develop, present, and negotiate sales contracts
Provide best‑in‑class customer experience
Work a full schedule, including evenings, Saturdays and occasional Sundays
Key Qualifications
Positivity, flexibility, determination, and a persuasive personality
Previous experience in hospitality, food and beverage, mortgage, real estate, solar, and B2C sales – a plus!
Strong sense of ambition, self‑motivation and self‑discipline
Open mind, willingness to learn and adapt
Ability to speak publicly with confidence and poise
Approachable demeanor
Own reliable vehicle with valid driver’s license
