Field Sales Representative – Statewide Remodeling
Join Renuity as a full‑time, W‑2 outside sales representative. Your role will be to develop relationships with prospective and existing customers.
Average annual earnings are between $150,000 to $250,000 per year, and top performers can earn upwards of $350K. All leads are provided; no cold calling or door knocking required – you’ll receive 2–3 pre‑set, pre‑qualified appointments a day.

About The Role
Learn our primary product lines, presentation, and negotiation skills
Work closely with leadership and mentors to achieve milestones
Apply consistent effort and great attitude to meet planned sales goals/quotas
Promote company products and services
Develop, present, and negotiate sales contracts
Provide best‑in‑class customer experience
Work full schedule, including evenings, Saturdays, and occasional Sundays
Key Qualifications
Positivity, flexibility, determination, and persuasive personality
Previous experience in hospitality, food & beverage, mortgage, real estate, solar, or B2C sales – a plus
Strong sense of ambition, self‑motivation, and self‑discipline
Open mind, willingness to learn and adapt
Ability to speak publicly with confidence and poise
Approachable demeanor
Own reliable vehicle with a valid driver’s license
