Responsibilities
Drive product penetration, upsell, and retention of accounts through acquiring new business and increasing current client spending while boosting client satisfaction.
Develop relationships with senior executives at local dealerships and rooftops, understand the account base and related industries, and conduct face‑to‑face sales calls, retention meetings and deliver insights with every interaction.
Create solutions with Customer Success Management and deliver custom ROI‑focused campaigns, focusing on long‑term commitments.
Effectively use SalesForce.com to manage the pipeline, stay aware of revenue responsibilities and performance, and produce accurate forecasts.
Develop or synthesize insights and create an account plan that supports customized account strategy; collaboratively develop and execute strategies to gain market share within the major segment.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising or equivalent combination of education and experience.
3–5+ years of sales experience with a history of successful sales, innovation and goal achievement.
Ability to identify client needs, communicate benefits of audience‑based marketing solutions, and sell appropriate campaigns.
Proficiency in handling objections regarding costs, budgets, and selling strategies.
Strong research skills to provide solutions.
Deep understanding of digital media platforms; proven ability to grow and maintain market share, develop forecasts and manage pipelines.
Experience with face‑to‑face sales calling—including upselling, appointment setting and cold calling.
Record of success in a goal‑oriented, highly accountable environment; ability to deliver customer solutions based on identified needs.
Team player with effective time management and initiative for positive change.
Experience with Salesforce or another CRM platform.
Thrives in a fast‑paced, rapidly changing environment and acts as an agent for change.
Passionate, enthusiastic, and able to influence in a matrix environment.
Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
