What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Engage and collaborate with teams across the organization to understand and communicate about programs and events
Provide direction and support to new partners during the onboarding process
Design sales training materials and experiences for the Revenue team
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports tracking key performance indicators (KPIs)
Monitor and evaluate lead management initiatives, providing recommendations for optimization
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum 3 years of experience in a related role
Professionalism in team and external stakeholder interactions
Expertise in collecting and analyzing data to identify opportunities for improvement
Proficiency in data visualization tools, statistical software (Excel), and CRM tools (Salesforce)
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams to create and optimize marketing and training collateral
Proficiency with lead management systems and marketing automation tools (Zoom Info, Engage, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
Extremely organized in managing information and deadlines across various stakeholders
