Description As the
Digital Growth Manager , you will play a pivotal role in building Align’s next-generation digital go-to-market strategy powered by AI tools and innovative business models. This position will focus on Diagnostics SaaS offerings, with the aim of building a scalable, data-driven marketing engine that accelerates growth across multiple business lines.
You will lead performance marketing initiatives, design media strategies, and create high-impact digital content to drive engagement, conversion, and adoption. Acting as a bridge between marketing, product, and commercial teams, you will ensure that our digital ecosystem delivers measurable business outcomes.
Role expectations
Architect and execute
digital go-to-market strategies leveraging AI-driven tools and automation.
Lead performance marketing programs
across paid media, content, and digital channels to maximize lead generation and conversion.
Develop and optimize
top-of-funnel campaigns and digital assets that fuel customer acquisition and engagement.
Collaborate cross-functionally
with Product Marketing, Sales, and Commercial teams to align messaging and accelerate adoption.
Drive innovation
by integrating advanced analytics, personalization, and predictive modeling into marketing workflows.
Monitor and optimize KPIs
including lead volume, conversion rates, brand recognition, and ROI.
Champion best practices
for digital marketing and performance optimization across regions.
What we're looking for
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
7+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or growth marketing.
Proven expertise in media strategy, content creation, and marketing automation.
High familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools and data analytics platforms.
Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience managing agencies and cross-regional projects.
Willingness to travel as needed.
Excellent English communications skills
