Marketing Director – Spain
We are looking for a Marketing Director in Spain. This role offers the opportunity to lead and expand a growing marketing function in a creative and data‑driven environment. The Marketing Director will own strategy and execution across digital and offline channels, driving qualified leads and enhancing brand visibility. You will develop campaigns, content, and analytics processes that convert prospects into clients, while collaborating with leadership to align marketing initiatives with business goals. This role combines strategic thinking with hands‑on execution, ideal for a highly motivated professional comfortable operating independently in a "marketing team of one" setting. You will have the autonomy to define workflows, implement AI‑driven tools, and optimize performance across all marketing touchpoints. The position is fully remote but requires alignment with U.S. business hours.
Accountabilities
Define and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy, prioritizing channels such as ABM, conferences, social media, email, and paid advertising
Develop and maintain brand strategy, messaging, and visual identity across all channels and sales materials
Plan, execute, and analyze integrated marketing campaigns to increase MQLs and conversion rates
Create and manage content for multiple channels, including digital assets, collateral, emails, websites, social media, and events
Establish and report on key performance metrics, providing actionable insights for marketing investments and ROI
Manage budgets, assess channel effectiveness, and optimize marketing activities based on data‑driven recommendations
Requirements
10+ years of experience leading B2B professional services marketing, ideally for agencies or consulting firms serving nonprofits and for‑profit clients
Demonstrated experience developing marketing strategies, managing budgets, and executing cross‑channel campaigns
Strong proficiency with AI tools for marketing automation and workflow optimization
Proven ability to drive MQL growth and support MQL‑to‑SQL conversion
Hands‑on experience creating digital assets, writing copy, and managing campaigns independently
Excellent data analysis and prioritization skills, with a strategic and tenacious mindset
CEFR C1/C2 level English proficiency
Bachelor’s degree or higher; familiarity with Hubspot, Apollo, and Reply.io is a plus
