This role offers the opportunity to lead and expand a growing marketing function in a creative and data-driven environment. The Marketing Director will own strategy and execution across digital and offline channels, driving qualified leads and enhancing brand visibility. You will develop campaigns, content, and analytics processes that convert prospects into clients, while collaborating with leadership to align marketing initiatives with business goals. This role combines strategic thinking with hands‑on execution, ideal for a highly motivated professional comfortable operating independently in a “marketing team of one” setting. You will have the autonomy to define workflows, implement AI‑driven tools, and optimize performance across all marketing touchpoints. This position is fully remote but requires alignment with U.S. business hours.

Accountabilities

Define and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy, prioritizing channels such as ABM, conferences, social media, email, and paid advertising

Develop and maintain brand strategy, messaging, and visual identity across all channels and sales materials

Plan, execute, and analyze integrated marketing campaigns to increase MQLs and conversion rates

Create and manage content for multiple channels, including digital assets, collateral, emails, websites, social media, and events

Establish and report on key performance metrics, providing actionable insights for marketing investments and ROI

Manage budgets, assess channel effectiveness, and optimize marketing activities based on data‑driven recommendations

Requirements

10+ years of experience leading B2B professional services marketing, ideally for agencies or consulting firms serving nonprofits and for‑profit clients

Demonstrated experience developing marketing strategies, managing budgets, and executing cross‑channel campaigns

Strong proficiency with AI tools for marketing automation and workflow optimization

Proven ability to drive MQL growth and support MQL‑to‑SQL conversion

Hands‑on experience creating digital assets, writing copy, and managing campaigns independently

Excellent data analysis and prioritization skills, with a strategic and tenacious mindset

CEFR C1/C2 level English proficiency

Bachelor’s degree or higher; familiarity with Hubspot, Apollo, and Reply.io is a plus
