As we continue our evolution and growth into a leading HCM SaaS technology provider to businesses ranging from 1 – 5,000 employees, we are seeking our next Emerging Market Solutions Consultant who will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building consultative client relationships, working one-on-one with our clients to identify their needs and show how our solutions can help meet those needs in our small business 1-49 employee marketplace.
Base pay range $75,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr
What YOU will be doing
Grow and develop meaningful relationships with existing clients to identify cross selling opportunities to better serve the clients
Acquire, build, nurture, and close sales opportunities throughout the entire sales process
Innovate and create opportunities through your current network (social selling)
Collaborate with a variety of internal resources, while working with external stakeholders and partners, which may include brokers, CPAs, bankers and clients
Network and cold call over the phone with key individuals and centers of influence to cultivate referral relationships
