Enterprise Sales Manager – Staffing (Midwest Territory)
Competitive Salary plus commission
Base salary: $49,000 – $50,000 per year. Location: Elkhart, IN; Niles, MI.
Schedule: Monday‑Friday 8AM‑5PM, remote/60‑75% travel to branch or client locations.
Peoplelink Group is looking for a high‑impact Enterprise Sales Manager to spearhead new business development and drive strategic expansion with large, multi‑location customers generating $1M+ in annual revenue.
Responsibilities
Drives the sales effort at a national level to obtain new customers within the commercial division.
Creates and owns the sales strategy for assigned existing accounts and is directly responsible for account penetration.
Coordinates corporate and field resources for formal RFP responses, presentations, and contract negotiations.
Develop pricing and service models in collaboration with field stakeholders.
Independently manage a full sales cycle and accurately forecast sales.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline (five times annual quota) and forecast accurately through discovery calls and meetings with prospects and customers.
Consistent documentation of all sales activity and funnel management in CRM.
Identify prospects utilizing creative lead‑generating techniques and maintain productive working relationships with internal partners.
Conduct post‑sales/implementation follow‑up by contacting customers, ensuring commitments driving successful service level agreements.
Identify, present and develop new features and benefits for our services, also make service improvement recommendations to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales.
Drive broader and deeper account penetration with new and existing accounts through frequent proactive contact with enterprise accounts; building, expanding, maintaining strong relationships with multiple departments, and buying influences at numerous organizational levels.
Independently establish call plans and customer follow‑up strategies, and apply time and territory management techniques.
Maintain an in‑depth knowledge of the complete line of services and customers’ issues and needs through in‑house training, networking and reading/research.
May participate with the Quarterly Business Review, especially relative to new customers, revenue opportunities, and sales/business growth strategy.
All other duties, as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
Five (5) years of commercial sales experience within a staffing organization and two (2) years in a national or enterprise business sales or account management role.
Demonstrates an understanding of the sales process within a longer sales cycle (4–12 months).
Proven track record of above‑quota achievement in a competitive industry.
Ability to work flexible hours and be on call; position may require overnight travel up to 50% of the time.
Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and ability to use personal vehicle daily to successfully perform job duties.
The ability to understand and apply basic business acumen and financial concepts.
Strong attention to detail and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Set an excellent example and quality image to all company personnel, customers, business partners and the general public; conduct activities as a company representative in an ethical and business‑like manner.
