Inside Sales Representative – Technical Sales, Fulton County, IN – Full-time Are you a relationship-builder with a technical edge? We’re seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join the team of a leading employer in the Rochester, IN area. The successful candidate thrives on solving complex customer challenges, driving growth, and collaborating across teams to deliver innovative solutions. Responsibilities
Identify new customers and markets to expand business opportunities. Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend tailored products or services. Collaborate with leadership to set sales strategies and quotas. Provide technical support during sales calls and assist customers in designing more efficient solutions. Guide customers from concept through production, ensuring smooth communication on engineering, tooling, pricing, and commercial issues. Deliver exceptional service by resolving customer concerns and providing onsite support when needed. Represent the company at industry meetings and events. Analyze sales data to project growth, profitability, and targets. Skills & Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory software. Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities. Analytical problem-solving mindset. Ability to travel to customer sites, trade shows, and supplier locations. Negotiation skills with professionalism and integrity. Adaptability to learn customer systems and train others.
