File Clerk
Zing, in partnership with a financial company, is currently seeking a File Clerk to monitor and manage delinquent accounts to ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
Job Summary
Shifts Available:
8am to 5pm
Pay range:
$21-$22
Communicate with clients via phone, email and written correspondence to resolve payment issues
Analyze aged receivables reports to identify trends and develop strategies for collecting
collaborate with other departments to address any issues related to accounts receivable and improve overall processes
Qualifications
High School Diploma
3-5 years in accounts receivable or collections with a strong understanding of delinquent accounts management
Experience with residential mortgages and related financial products
familiarity with accounting software and tools used for tracking receivables
