Zing, in partnership with a financial company, is currently seeking a Mortgage Processor Support who is responsible for managing all administrative aspects of the loan application.
Job Summary
Shifts Available: 8am to 5pm
Pay range: $29-$34
Research missing or misapplied loan payments
Process loan payment reversals
Provide letters
Handle customer inquiries or research
Assist lenders to resolve customer complaints or issues
Answer customer phone calls
Maintain payment schedules, rates and billing records
Set up ACH-AFT Records
Complete change of address requests
Qualifications
Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Knowledge of federal banking regulations
High school diploma
Minimum of 3-5 years related experience
