Responsibilities

Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems. Sort and classify documents according to established protocols. Retrieve and process files for internal staff and departments promptly. Ensure the accuracy and completeness of documents in compliance with company policies. Conduct regular audits of filing systems to ensure integrity and accessibility. Assist in the digitization of physical documents for electronic storage. Support the onboarding of new employees by preparing and organizing necessary paperwork. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in administration preferred. Proven experience as a file clerk or in similar administrative roles. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and standard office equipment. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information responsibly. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
