Scan paper documents and convert them into digital formats for e-filing. Ensure all records are up-to-date and comply with organizational standards. Retrieve files as needed for team members or audits, ensuring prompt and accurate delivery. Monitor filing systems for efficiency and suggest improvements where necessary. Maintain confidentiality and security when handling sensitive information. Perform regular audits of files to ensure accuracy and completeness. Collaborate with team members to prioritize and streamline file management tasks. Requirements: Proven experience in paper filing and managing physical documents. Familiarity with electronic filing systems and scanning processes. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to lift and handle file boxes and organize systematically. Proficiency in scanning documents and converting them into digital formats. Basic computer skills for e-filing and document management. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly. Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
