File Clerk Position
We are looking for a detail-oriented File Clerk to join our team in Vienna, Virginia. This contract position involves supporting day-to-day office operations, ensuring smooth workflow, and maintaining an organized environment. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of administrative tasks while demonstrating strong organizational and communication skills. This position starts mid-January. Responsibilities: Ensure documents are scanned accurately and organized within the system. Organize and maintain physical files, ensuring all documents are correctly labeled and stored. Prepare and handle file boxes, including labeling and organizing for easy access. Label, sort, and manage files to maintain proper documentation. Monitor filing systems for efficiency and suggest improvements where necessary. Requirements: 1+ years of prior office experience. Proven experience with scanning and organizing documents. Proven experience in paper filing and managing physical documents. Can stand and sit without any issues. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Attention to detail and accuracy in handling files and documentation.
