Community Engagement Lead
Advantice Health – Full Time, Hybrid (Bridgewater, NJ)
The Advantice Health Social + Community Team (aka The VIBE) is looking for a social‑savvy, skincare‑obsessed Community Engagement Lead to help spark meaningful conversations across our brand portfolio (Amlactin, Kerasal, Triple Paste, Dermoplast, and New Skin).
You’ll be the voice of the brand, building relationships with consumers, creators, and communities while keeping a pulse on trends, conversations, and opportunities that drive cultural relevance and brand love.
Responsibilities
Actively engage in real time – monitor and respond to DMs, comments, and mentions across all brand channels.
Jump into trending conversations with a brand POV to expand reach and brand visibility.
Identify and track user-generated content (UGC) for potential brand features and collaborations.
Track FAQs, sentiment, and engagement themes to inform brand strategy.
Support social scheduling, reporting, and analytics.
Assist with light content creation (e.g., captions, social copy, UGC requests, visuals).
⚙️ Help improve community management workflows and tool usage.
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in social media, community management, or digital marketing (beauty, skincare, and Gen Z experience a plus).
Passion for social media, community building, and creating engaging content.
Strong communication and writing skills with a knack for brand voice.
Experience using social media management tools (e.g., Later).
Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook (bonus: Reddit, Pinterest).
Organized, responsive, and proactive with strong attention to detail.
