Position Responsibilities The Senior Manager, Partner Enablement is responsible for designing and executing strategies that empower partners to successfully sell, implement, and support SaaS solutions. This role focuses on building scalable enablement programs, fostering strong partner relationships, and driving measurable business outcomes through improved partner readiness and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and Lead Enablement Programs

– Create and manage comprehensive partner enablement initiatives, including onboarding, certification paths, technical training, and sales readiness programs tailored to different partner types.

Partner Onboarding & Training

– Design role-based onboarding experiences and deliver ongoing training to ensure partners remain current on product updates, new features, and best practices.

Resource Development

– Collaborate with internal teams to produce enablement materials such as playbooks, product guides, demo environments, and hands‑on workshops that accelerate partner time‑to‑productivity.

Program Execution & Measurement

– Manage enablement platforms (PRM, LMS) and track program effectiveness using data‑driven insights to refine strategies and demonstrate ROI.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

– Work closely with Product Management, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align enablement programs with company objectives and product launches.

Partner Relationship Management

– Act as a trusted advisor to partners, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to deliver successful SaaS implementations and drive customer success.

Qualifications

Industry Expertise: 7+ years in partner enablement, channel programs, or technical marketing within SaaS or cloud environments.

People Management: Minimum 5 years managing a team.

Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with SaaS platforms, integration processes, and enablement tools (PRM, LMS, credentialing systems).

Program Management: Proven ability to design scalable enablement programs and manage multiple projects in dynamic environments.

Analytical Skills: Ability to leverage data to measure program success and inform strategic decisions.

Communication & Influence: Strong interpersonal skills to build alignment across global teams and partner organizations.

Preferred Qualifications

Building certification and/or assessment experience a plus.

Experience with partner ecosystems such as GSIs, MSSPs, and ISVs.

Knowledge of SaaS sales cycles and implementation best practices.

Familiarity with enablement platforms and digital collaboration tools (e.g., Salesforce, Highspot, Slack).

Compensation Information The U.S. salary range for this position is $85,000.00–$135,250.00. This range is subject to change as Deltek takes a number of factors into consideration when determining individual base pay, such as location, job‑related knowledge, skills and experience. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including incentive compensation and equity.
