Provide after-hours presence, responding to minor disturbances, noise complaints, or security issues. Report suspicious activity to local law enforcement and property management. Conduct routine property checks and maintain a visible presence in common areas. Assist management with enforcing community policies and regulations. What We’re Looking For
Active or recently certified law enforcement officer (academy graduates encouraged to apply). Professional, community-oriented demeanor with strong communication skills.
