Perform fire protection inspections with minimal supervision Conduct routine testing and servicing of life safety systems Communicate daily with Project Managers and Schedule Coordinators about job status Ensure complete job closeout and client turnover for billing Job Qualifications
Knowledge of NFPA codes preferred NICET Level II or III preferred Understanding of sprinkler controls, alarm panels, and devices Willing to perform testing and maintenance Ability to complete documentation accurately Coordination skills to address deficiencies and required services Clear written and verbal English communication Valid driver’s license and ability to pass drug, background, and reference checks Physical Requirements
