Cascade Fire Protection, a subsidiary of Western States Fire Protection (WSFP), specializes in life safety systems and is expanding in Southern Washington and Oregon. We are seeking a Fire Sprinkler Inspector to support our growing business.

Role Summary The Fire Sprinkler Inspector tests and inspects fire sprinkler systems, documenting findings and coordinating repairs with service providers. The position requires strong written and verbal communication skills and a customer‑service orientation.
Salary Range $50,000 – $65,000, depending on experience.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of NFPA codes and life safety systems is preferred.
NICET Level II or III is preferred.
Experience with sprinkler controls, alarm panels, and critical components.
Willingness to perform testing, maintenance, and documentation.
Ability to coordinate inspections with service providers.
Clear written and spoken English.
Valid driver’s license in accordance with Company policy.
Will pass post‑offer drug screen, reference, and background check.
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation.
Regular bending, reaching, climbing, and walking.
Responsibilities
Operate independently while performing fire protection inspections.
Conduct routine inspections, testing, and services of life safety product lines.
Communicate daily with Project Manager and/or Schedule Coordinator regarding delays, requirements, and status.
Work with Project Manager, Schedule Coordinator, and administrative staff to ensure complete closeout and turnover of jobs to the client (confirm work is billed in full).
