Conduct routine inspections, testing and preventative maintenance on sprinkler systems (including wet, dry, and pre‑action systems) and fire pump testing. Maintain a NICET certification in Inspection and Testing of Water-Based Systems. Conduct routine inspections, testing and preventative maintenance on fire alarm systems. Follow and maintain a highly structured inspection schedule and complete all assigned inspections on time. Use our cloud-based software and mobile app to input, retrieve and archive inspection reports and documents. Identify and report deficiencies found during system inspections. Exhibit excellent customer service skills by communicating with company staff and customers to ensure customer satisfaction. Learn and apply technical manuals as needed. Requirements
Extensive knowledge of low voltage systems, fire alarm systems and installation. Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills. Ability to read installation and system manuals. Ability to read blueprints and building plans. Extensive knowledge of electrical and fire codes. Ability to use hand and power tools to install hardware. Experience in fire alarm and low voltage installation required. NICET certification or other vocational training/certification preferred. Related fire protection experience preferred. Benefits
