The
Christ Fellowship Kids Director
provides leadership and care for all things Christ Fellowship Kids from babies to 4th grade.
Job Duties
Leading and developing staff teams and volunteers so that they are operating in their strengths and being most effective in their roles on the Christ Fellowship Kids team.
Creating and maintaining a strong “ALL IN” team culture.
Growing campus attendance by implementing our Central Kids Team strategy.
Ensuring the proper implementation of curriculum, policies, and procedures as directed by the Central Kids Team (Weekends and Kids U).
Ensuring volunteers and staff members align with our mission, vision, and values.
Direct the implementation of milestones (i.e. Spiritual Steps).
Contributing to or assisting with Central Kids initiatives as needed.
Attending weekly CF staff meetings and Christ Fellowship Kids department meetings, as required.
Capturing kids and family stories of life change – grab a box of tissues for this!
Education
A college graduate, preferably with a ministry degree, kids’ ministry related or equivalent.
3 years of leadership experience in kids’ ministry.
Job Specs Classification: Full-Time, Salary (Exempt), including weekends and some nights.
Reporting to: Campus Pastor
