Position Summary The Regional Sales Representative will drive new business acquisition and revenue growth across an assigned regional market. This senior individual contributor role owns the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—while also cultivating long-term client relationships to ensure retention and expansion. Acting as the primary point of contact for prospects and clients, the Regional Sales Representative plays a critical role in advancing EvidenceCare’s market presence.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve and exceed annual new business sales quota
Source, engage, and close new business opportunities independently
Build and sustain strong client relationships to ensure renewal and retention
Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Manage the full sales process: prospecting, qualification, proposals, negotiation, and contracting
Track, analyze, and report on sales performance and pipeline activity
Provide customer and market insights to shape sales strategy and product direction
Represent EvidenceCare at industry events, conferences, and client meetings
Conduct market research to evaluate customer needs and opportunities
Generate new leads through cold outreach, networking, and social platforms
Deliver compelling product and solution presentations
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure exceptional client experiences and internal alignment
Gather and report client feedback to guide strategic improvements
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field (preferred)
5+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven record of exceeding quota
Experience managing regional accounts and building executive-level relationships
Strong negotiation, presentation, and analytical skills
Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently
Proficiency in CRM platforms and MS Office
Solid understanding of sales, marketing, and negotiation strategies
Demonstrated ability to deliver persuasive presentations and communicate with clarity
