Overview

Manage the sales process closely, providing leadership, direction and support to field sales teams.

Assist in the development and continued optimization of the sales process

Recruit, hire and train sales teams

Manage sales teams to achieve sales targets while maintaining high levels of professionalism

Oversee and approve sales contracts

Interface with marketing team to maintain high rate of return on advertising spend

Maintain metrics on all key deliverables (sales, leads, customer satisfaction etc.)

Maintain a weekly reporting rhythm and feedback which Sales needs to provide to business leadership

Provide local market feedback on Install Partners as needed.

Work closely with Business Leaders to develop go forward strategy for Direct Response Channel

Develop ongoing training programs that will keep products and features fresh in the sales team’s minds with a focus on adding brand value and improving close rates.

Responsibilities This role serves as the Regional Sales and Operations Manager for American Standard Home Services (ASHS) Direct Response efforts. Assists with the development of ASHS’s selling process, hiring, training and managing sales representatives. Manage the selling process and teams of external salespeople in multiple markets to achieve aggressive sales targets, customer satisfaction scores and advertising ROI. This position will cover the West region.

Qualifications

Proficiency is MS Word, Excel, Outlookare required.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to relate to distinct audiences including customers, sales representatives, and various levels of management.

Conducts self with a high degree of professionalism.

Ability to multi-task.

Travel required, about 25% monthly.

Field position, location flexible to support the Western region of the US.

Strong experience with in home sales (preferrably home improvement)

Minimum of 3 years of sales leadership/management experience in a similar direct response field, and dealing with Sales and Customers on a daily basis.

Bachelors' Degree preferred

Hiring Range The Hiring Salary Range for this position is $70,000.00 base annually with total compensation of up to $120,000.00 with bonuses.

(Salary offer to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, location, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.)

Other Compensation:

This role will be eligible to participate in the ASHS Incentive Bonus Target .
