At First America Homes (FAH), our New Home Sales Consultants promote the sale of newly built homes to prospective customers by helping them find and buy a property that suits their needs and preferences. They generate new leads through referrals, realtors, and other networks, thriving in a culture that promotes kindness and positivity. Essential Job Responsibilities

Customer Engagement Build rapport with customers to understand their motivation, needs, desires, and budget. Demonstrate model homes, inventory homes, and home sites to clarify customer preferences and build value. Provide knowledge about the area, community, and home plans to inform and build trust. Goal Setting Participate in monthly sales goal sessions and collaborate with the Area Sales Manager to meet sales metrics. Lead Generation and Marketing Generate referrals through relationships with local real estate professionals and community engagement. Utilize outbound calls, social media, and face-to-face marketing to build relationships and drive sales. Market and Competitor Analysis Monitor competitors and resale inventory to understand pricing, incentives, and sales pace. Sales Process Management Maintain inventory pipeline, demonstrate proficiency in customer selections, process paperwork, and record communications in CRM. Customer Service Deliver excellent customer experiences, provide follow-up, and participate in weekly calls. Operational Excellence Maintain the sales center, participate in meetings, and ensure successful closings. Additional Responsibilities

Serve as backup, assist with administrative tasks, ensure compliance, and perform other duties as needed. Experience & Skills

Minimum 2 years recent experience in new home sales or commission-based real estate preferred. Confident in leading negotiations, excellent communication, and social media skills. Detail-oriented, charismatic, and positive attitude. Valid driver’s license required; ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays; physical ability to stand, walk, and sit as needed.
