Responsibilities
Directly sell Holiday Inn Club Vacation ownership products to prospective purchasers in a professional and ethical manner.
Discover prospective purchasers’ needs and interests and create a desire to join the program through a structured sales presentation.
Advise clients on the benefits of being an HCV owner and address questions or concerns while providing a quality customer service experience.
Conduct guest presentations and tours of the Sales Gallery, Resort Property, and Model Tour as trained.
Attend ongoing training classes and participate in demonstration/assessment rides with Sales Managers.
Build relationships with Sales Training Managers and the Sales Line Team, ensuring all questions are answered professionally and diplomatically.
Follow coaching and action plans from Sales Managers and explain the points program, recommending appropriate point purchases.
Deliver the utmost level of customer service to guests and owners and achieve written objectives set for the fiscal year.
